It’s a Wrap! Congratulations to Thomas McDonnell, winner of “Narrowsburg Noël, or The Elf Stays in the Picture,” a scenic painting of the Narrowsburg Tree Lighting on Main Street aglow with holiday revelers in a celebratory moment set against the scenic backdrop of The Big Eddy.
Benefit Raffle proceeds will be donated to the Tusten Youth Commission.
